Dental Office Manager - San Francisco

We're currently looking for a friendly and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dental office operations, supervising a small team and ensuring excellent patient care. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dental office staff, ensuring smooth office operations and timely patient flow
• Oversee patient care and ensure patients receive exceptional service and treatment
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and vendors
• Manage office finances, monitor inventory, and order supplies and equipment as needed
• Schedule team meetings, trainings, and maintain professional development records for staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including HIPAA and OSHA
• Monitor and evaluate office procedures and policies, and recommend changes as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Dental Office
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in dental software and Microsoft Office
• In-depth knowledge of dental office procedures, policies and regulations
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with accounting and billing processes in a dental office setting
• RDA is a PLUS!
• Bilingual also a PLUS!
