• Attached to this ad you will see Essential Endodontics. This role is not for our specialty practice but our 2 other general dentistry locations. Locations: Inspired Smiles North Richland Hills 8408 Davis Blvd Suite 210, North Richland Hills, TX 76182 Inspired Smiles Willow Park Primary 136 El Chico Trail 101, Willow Park, TX 76087 Responsibilities: •This role will be to oversee the daily operation of the practice •Lead team huddles and motivate your team •Meet practice daily and monthly goals •Oversee schedules •Insurances processing and predeterminations •Able to delegate, motivate, coach, and work with all team members •Recall program •Reporting and accountability to ownership •Knowledge and experience working with Dentrix •Financial Coordinating •Treatments Coordinator •Responsible for unscheduled treatment and recall •Managing the clinical team •Marketing •Create staffing schedule via Deputy •Pre Screen New Hires •Present disciplinary documentation to staffing if needed Daily reconciliation Requirements: •Travel to both locations •Reliable transportation •Understanding of basic dental terminology •At least 1 year of office manager experience •Available to work Monday
