- Manage office staff and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Coordinate treatment plans with patients
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients
- Maintain electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist in implementing growth oriented office policies

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical office or dental clinic
- Familiarity with managed care and insurance billing processes
- Strong understanding of practice management software such as Dentrix
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work well under pressure
