Opportunity to be a part of a secure company with 20+ years of industry leading experience that provides a stable career with unlimited growth potential Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience Any years of clinical experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. We are seeking a warm, friendly and reliable team member who will strive to provide high-quality dental patient care, customer service and will entourage and support their team to achieve their full potential. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and self-motivated team player who takes initiative to learn things. The candidate must have at least 1 year of dental office experience. Bilingual (english/spanish) a plus! The hours for this position will be: Mon &amp; Tues 9-6, Wed &amp; Thurs 8-5 &amp; Fri 8-3. We offer excellent pay rates and benefits!</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>The Receptionist is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office. They will greet patients, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls.
