Job Description Job Description Dental Assistant Full Time Position For Immediate Hire We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Assistant to join our Smile Team for Immediate Hire As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as inventory ordering.

The ideal candidate has a current license and at least two years of experience. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you Office Hours : Mon ,Tues and Wed 7.30 am to 4.30 pm & Thurs 8-4 pm ; No weekends Benefits/Perks 401k, Safe Harbor, Profit Sharing Bonus System Paid Vacation Competitive Compensation Great Calm Work Environment & Team Dental benefits Health Plan Responsibilities Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures Assist dentist during procedures and exams Inventory ordering Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies Qualifications Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for Massachusetts state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB) Previous experience as a dental assistant (at least a year) Computer skills (familiarity with Eaglesoft & some digital dentistry is favorable) Excellent communication and customer service skills Motivated Individual & Team Player
