Dental Assistant

Who You Are: As a Dental Assistant at Long Grove Dental you will be an integral part of our team, assisting dentists and hygienists in providing top-notch dental care to our patients. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish trust with patients of all ages.

Requirements

• Assist dentists and hygienists in performing dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Record patient information and maintain accurate dental records.
• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
• Offer patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid dental assisting certification or license.
• X-ray certification.
• Experience working as a dental assistant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• Full Time Opportunity, 4-5 days a week. Must be willing to work Saturdays

• Monday, 10 am to 6 pm
• Tuesday, 10 am to 6 pm
• Wednesday, 7 am to 2 pm
• Thursday, 7 am to 2 pm
• Saturday, 8 am to 2 pm (3 Saturdays a month)
• From $20-$24 per hour depending on experience.
