About This Office

Looking for:

• 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant preferred; Must have completed a dental assisting program or have some hands-on assisting experience in a dental office
• Knowledge of more than sterile and dental terms required
• Dental assisting school certification
• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Values open lines of communication and feedback
• Ability to provide empathy and compassion to patients
• Solution focused mindset
• If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.
