Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Description:

Mid America Health (MAH) is seeking a Dental Assistant to work Full-Time (40 hours per week). The schedule is for 4 ten-hour days, Monday through Thursdays from 6:00am through 4:30pm. This Full-Time Dental Assistant position is located between 2 facilities: the Donaldson Correctional Institution in Bessemer and St.

Clair Correctional Facility in Springville, AL. This position is a rewarding, low stress alternative to private practice dentistry. NO late nights or weekends!! Requires occasional Saturday or Sunday once monthly to assist oral surgeon. Pay is $16 plus per hour.

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Duties:

Routine chairside duties include preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care. No ortho, crown & bridge, or endo required. Administrative duties are also required.

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications:

1 year experience and certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred.

MUST have CPR for Healthcare Providers.
