In this role you will be responsible for:
Coordination of demo requests and transport for equipment. Focus is on the Draeger Safety Equipment Business.
(including: Scheduling of equipment and transport for sales demonstrations, trade shows and other events. Scheduling of TSR as requested by sales, escalation management in case of noncompliance with the request due to lack of available resources, trigger of shipment, trigger of return, monitoring agreed timelines for usage of equipment, initiation of counter actions in case of incomplete or damaged return, management of transportation suppliers. Verification of information required to request evaluation.
Coordinate personnel onboard\exit process processes with regard to demo assets (ensuring that all eligible field personnel are properly setup to submit demo requests including training on how to submit a request, ensuring that all equipment is returned in a timely manner and good condition).
Feedback
Solicit and record feedback from sales/requestor regarding demo request and equipment.
Service Documents
Monitor, enter, and update dispatch and/or RMA requests as needed; working with Service Support and Customer success team as needed.
Master Data
Maintain necessary sales rep/requestor data via WMS, demo website, or other information systems as needed/requested; requesting SAP number associated with requestor (as needed) for consignment purposes; consignment of equipment in SAP.
Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Your Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent in education, training & experience.
Related Experience:
This is an entry level position. Customer service experience preferred.
Asset Management/Scheduling or similar relevant experience.
Experience working with
Transport providers preferred. Reporting experience. 1 to 2 years' experience.
