As the Demand & Supply Manager, you will play a coordinating role with the regional business teams to gather and analyze demand. You will also coordinate supply and plan capacity by working with the manufacturing teams for wide roll film, as well as the global finishing teams. The position is located at Eastman Business Park in Rochester, NY.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Demand, Supply and Capacity Planning
Inventory planning and reduction
Group Leader and mentor for employees engaged in planning for the manufacture of film products
Supply Chain Design
Product Development Gate Reviews
Root cause analysis for supply chain interruptions
Resource for the manufacturing areas
Interface with suppliers and customers
Key member of the Operations Leadership Team
Development and management of Planning ToolsPlanning / Order to Cash system expert (preferably SAP
5-10 years of supply chain planning experience and working knowledge of manufacturing processes
Knowledge, prior application, and utilization of lean manufacturing tools and concepts
Knowledge, prior application and utilization of ERP/Order to Cash systems (SAP highly preferred)
High level of written and verbal communications skills across all levels of the organization and across regions.
Analytical skills to be able to help find the root cause of problems and suggest corrective actions such that they won't reoccur.
Strong excel skills and a desire to improve as needed.

Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
