Job description:

Sr. Demand Planner is responsible for delivery of accurate forecasts and inventory allocation plans to ensure that all of our partners get adequate inventory on time to avoid stock outs, across all of our regions for consumer electronics products. The Reverse Logistics Planner will be working in collaboration with Planning Leads and Supply Teams to ensure product is being moved and does not age or go out of stock in our warehouses globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales trends to update monthly and lifetime demand forecasts

  • Use sales lifetime forecasts, operational capacity constraints, and inventory supply levels to adjust forecasts based on demand

  • Work with partners for repair plans and execution of plan

  • Sustain optimal inventory levels across assigned SKUs by allocating physical inventory across global logistics partner network based on daily monitoring of inventory availability

  • Determine strategy for EOL (end of life) device support based on demand volumes

  • Prepare weekly supply and demand reports for warehouses to weekly forecast reports for various internal and external partners to assist in monitoring supply levels

  • Calculate and monitor potential EO (excess and obsolescence), and lead disposition initiatives

Management of a book of business, pipeline reporting and new opportunities with partners are the key focus. The role requires proven experience in sales strategies and creating value propositions. The successful individual will bring C-level client relationships, real-time biding technical acumen, management skills, and market knowledge. The ability to be comfortable as an individual contributor and team player who works independently to close contract negotiations and cross-team collaboration. As a team player, the global DSP team will work globally to increase speed to market and market share for EMX. This critical role will report into the VP, Demand Side Platforms and strategy will feed into the overall corporate revenue growth. Responsibilities * Will manage a book of business with revenue target to meet/exceed quarterly and annual business and revenue goals. * Represent the EMX brand in market to drive credibility and regional marketing strategies to win over customers. * Ability to develop strategic account plans, upsell products, execute quarterly business reviews and business case analysis. * Senior lead will engage solutions with high potential AdTech partners, such as Google, eBay, The Trade Desk, Amazon, and others. * Engage with "C-level" executives and drive a value proposition to close new business opportunities. * Successfully collaborate with other cross functional team members such as Technical Account Managers, Client Services, Partnerships, and Marketing. * Liaison customer needs with operations and product teams. Prioritize product needs with established business case. Manage technical and operational priorities per customer. * Contribute to the overall EMX Go-to-Market strategy Qualifications * Proven success with notable brands in AdTech, and in the programmatic landscape. * Established "C-Level" executive relationships within the Demand Side Platforms. * Self-motivated and achiever with a high level of business and technical acumen. * Relationship oriented to connect with people to build a long-term business partnership. * Ability to navigate an organization and establish new relationships with ease. * Comprehensive knowledge base of the digital eco-system, the technology and know-how to connect relationships and navigate through the market and platforms.
