Hybrid Schedule: Our hybrid work environment includes two (2) remote days/week.

Summary:

The Sr. Demand Planner's role is critical in the supply chain of a company. By using the analytical, marketing, and sales data of a company to effectively estimate future product demands to align service levels and optimize inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel/SAP/IBP to review exception monitoring.

• Monitor performance of the process and outline continuous improvement opportunities to improve forecasting KPI's.

• Create and maintain forecasting models utilizing business intelligence and forecast data gathered from business functions/teams at various levels, horizons/intervals to develop an accurate forecast.

• Develop solutions to a variety of complex and unusual problems that require independent judgment and ingenuity relative to demand planning often referring to policies and procedures for guidance.

• Communicate regularly with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather information on promotions, product launches, and other factors influencing demand.

• Use data-driven insights to adjust demand forecasts and optimize service levels/inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related role.

• SAP, IBP, Advanced Microsoft programs especially Excel

• Data gathering data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.

• Proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods; understanding of financial and operational impacts.

• Commercially aware with solid understanding of key dependencies from manufacturing to the end consumer.

• Well-organized and high level of attention to detail.

• Experience with managing projects.
