What You'll Be Doing?
Engage in consensus demand planning: Create and manage the style/color level consensus demand forecast and buy plans to meet MOQ requirements
Track and monitor demand: Review actual demand vs. forecasted demand and adjust buy plans as appropriate
Review and analyze forecast: Leverage/maximize tool capabilities to ensure forecasting accuracy
Inventory Management: Ensures purchasing decisions are aligned to Open to Buy
Sizing Effectiveness: Manage the creation, sizing, and ongoing maintenance of purchase orders to optimize inventory

What Makes You the Perfect Fit!
Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred
3+ years of Merchandising or Planning experience required
Problem solving mindset, analytical skills required
Financial management & business acumen skills required
Excellent communication (oral & written) skills required
Microsoft Excel experience required
SAP and/or IBP experience preferred
