Role:

We are seeking a demand generation professional with a track record of creating, delivering and executing innovative and inspiring programs to drive awareness and demand resulting in qualified pipeline. The Commercial Marketing Sr. Analyst hire will be based in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage cross-cloud demand generation and awareness campaigns to a defined market segment for both customers and prospects.

  • Ensuring campaigns are set-up strategically, in alignment with the company's overall goals.

  • Work with an extended marketing and sales team to create powerful customer and prospect journeys leveraging a variety of tactics across the marketing funnel.

  • Collaborate across the entire marketing and product marketing teams (creative, content, customer success, digital, strategic events, PR, operations, etc) to ensure quality and timely execution. Channels include but are not limited to: events, email, direct mail, digital, partner activity, hospitality, social.

  • Manage and own campaign metrics for effectiveness and results, while tracking and monitoring engagements, pipeline numbers, top deals, revenue attainment and other key data points.

  • Maximize campaigns and tactics for ROI, as well as identifying new ways to enhance programs optimizing for growth, ROI, and revenue.

  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to support the creation and delivery of effective marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Development Representative teams to understand their requirements and targets.

  • Work with regional sales leaders on strategic initiatives to target their accounts and drive qualified pipeline.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. MBA a plus.

  • 2-3 years experience across field marketing, campaign management and marketing analytics.

  • Self-organization, passion and drive are critical.

  • Analytical thinker, naturally curious and willing to learn new best-in-class marketing methods and processes.

  • Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns within a timeline and budget.

  • Strong interpersonal capabilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a strategic role that will be actively involved creating the company's go-to-market strategy and ensuring execution. You will serve as a key partner to the VP of marketing, reporting to directly to this role. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with VP of Marketing and other department heads to develop and refine our go-to-market strategy, including developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customer's journey. * Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas * Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing tools, and process. * Orchestrate marketing programs that raise awareness of Samasource's unique value proposition to our target audience. * Identify and execute strategies to attract target prospects and accelerate them through the sales process and customer journey. * Partner with sales to develop strategic account plans, focusing on awareness building and outreach within these accounts * Thoroughly track and report on demand generation activity, spend, and ROI.
