As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager at ReturnLogic, you will get to do more than developing demand generation campaigns. You will be part of a collaborative marketing team focused on scaling and growing the business. The ideal candidate will have proven success in several areas, including email marketing, content marketing, paid media, retargeting, social media, online and live events, and marketing automation.

  • Own the lead generation and nurturing strategy and execution, using HubSpot.
  • Manage all omni-channel campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Manage our paid search and retargeting programs, and any external agencies associated with the programs.
  • Lead our marketing automation strategy and roadmap as we grow.
  • Work with the content team to amplify our message in impactful ways.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to launch new lead generation tools into the market.
  • Manage all digital events including hosted and joint webinars.
  • Lead in-person event strategy, as we get back to live events!
  • Research and test new lead generation tactics.

What will I be doing?

You will work with senior management, taking full ownership of demand generation and customer acquisition programs. To be successful, you will already have experience building and running personalized inbound/outbound marketing campaigns to drive consistent sales revenue growth.


  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of five years experience in marketing
  • Two years with lead generation and nurturing programs
  • Experience with HubSpot, or a similar marketing automation tool
  • Experience with managing webinars and live event logistics
  • Strong passion for project management and details

RESPONSIBILITIES * Plans demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline for the sales organization * Executes strategic global marketing campaigns and industry campaign s * Identifies new tactics to connect with market across all personas including users, managers and executives * Builds a community of customers, prospects and students through PR, social media, webinars and other digital tactics * Nurtures existing leads through digital content, events and other persona appropriate marketing methods. * Monitor lead flow within the territory to ensure the appropriate sales channels are receiving and following up on leads * Creates and manage territory program budget; measures ROI of field marketing tactics through metrics analysis and reporting. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree required * A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing * Proven ability to work closely and successfully with a sales organization * Proven ability to successfully execute a variety of marketing programs, including targeted direct mail and email, field events, social media, executive engagements, awareness campaigns * Experience with marketing automation systems to successfully run campaigns * Ability to work very independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams * Strong analytics, reporting, and written communication skills * Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. * Experience in B2B and B2C demand generation environment preferred * Ability to travel up to 25% * Ability to earn trust through performance and relationship-building * Prior experience working in a technical business setting with engineers or in engineering simulation is a plus CULTURE AND VALUES Culture and values are incredibly important to Ansys.
