About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to deliver large scale growth by establishing our email and direct mail channel strategy, testing & optimization initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with campaigns, sales, product marketing and analytics to drive day-to-day execution, reporting and program optimization for new customer acquisition and retention. This candidate must have a proven track record of executing programs that improve conversion rates all across the buyer journey.
The ideal candidate is prepared to build KeepTruckin's email and direct mail operations from the ground up. This person understands the overall nuances between SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations and how to accelerate their buying journeys with content. This person will report into our Sr. Campaigns Manager.
What You'll Do:
Execute a customer-first approach to all email and direct-mail strategy for new customer acquisition, customer upsell/xsell, customer retention, and customer referral & advocacy
Manage email and direct mail campaign execution from idea creation, copywriting, HTML edits, deployment, scheduling, segmentation, production, automation, A/B testing, and optimization
Ongoing program optimization, including structure & targeting improvements, channel expansion, and improvement of process and infrastructure.
Employ a consistent best-practice approach for creating email and direct mail templates, dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, and deliverability
Pull weekly campaign marketing reports and drive continuous improvement across email and direct mail KPIs (deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue)
Develop test methodology and apply data driven techniques to optimize across all funnel stages - for example: personalization, frequency testing, messaging testing, offer testing, creative testing, segmentation / targeting and delivery timing testing
Partner closely with marketing ops to maintain data hygiene and automated processes across the sales and marketing tech stack
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of experience executing direct response programs in a SaaS, Freemium organization.
Strong presentation, analytical and critical thinking skills. Able to use data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions.
Experience with running A/B split tests, calculating significance, tracking results, summarizing findings, and iterating into new ideas.
Experience coordinating across direct mail, email, paid search, 3rd party, and content marketing.
Proficient writer willing to draft and test copy with support from brand
Advanced knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, and Sendoso
Knowledge of direct mail and email communication laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, DMPEA, and others
