Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition through effective demand generation strategies and sales funnel optimization.

What you'll do to make an impact:

• Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.

• Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and content syndication.

• Collaborate with the content marketing team to create compelling content assets aligned with target audience needs and preferences.

• Optimize landing pages and website conversion paths to maximize lead capture and improve user experience.

• Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to build and execute lead nurturing programs, including email drip campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI, and optimize campaigns accordingly to improve results.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in demand generation.

• Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals, lead handoff processes, and campaign effectiveness.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.

What will make you stand out:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, customer acquisition, and sales funnel optimization

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective demand generation strategies

• Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• This position will be a remote position within the United States. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

This position is remote and qualifies for a discretionary bonus based on personal performance, metrics, and company performance of $15,000 annually, to be paid out quarterly.
