Honeywell Building Technologies, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is looking for a Global Demand Generation Leader to drive Marketing Transformation across the organization, ensuring sustainable and rapid growth of our businesses. Responsible for strategy, alignment, implementation and best practices of end-to-end lead management (from Inquiry to "Won"), through marketing automation across Sales, Marketing and Partner Network. Of primary importance will be your ability to act as a "change / business transformation agent", enabling different businesses to effectively apply a data driven and end-to-end lead management process, ensuring measurable business growth. You will need to evaluate the status of marketing technology and alignment between several instances of Marketo and SFDC, lead management processes, and roles and responsibilities across several sales and marketing organizations. This will lead you into identifying marketing automation gaps / opportunities to develop detailed plans that drive rapid implementation. This role will design and lead cross-functional implementation and training workshops to deploy standard end-to-end lead management best practices for each business unit. Being a data driven organization, a significant amount of time is invested in developing and managing weekly and monthly demand gen dashboards for each business unit and their core campaigns, providing the businesses with actionable and detailed conclusions and recommendations. As a SME, you will proactively explore and direct new initiatives and enhancements to improve the demand gen programs. You will have the opportunity to partner with peers in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations and SFDC Administration to optimize workflow and the lead management process. In addition, you will manage a team of direct and matrixed marketing automation specialists Because we value our customers privacy, this role also oversees GDPR and opt-in best practices.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum 5 years' experience with digital lead generation and conversion
Marketo and Salesforce certifications
Ability to analyze, interpret, prioritize and visualize complex data / analytics and turn into actionable, measurable and business growth insights
Ability to manage programs targeting complex decision maker and influencer environments.
Understanding of sales processes/cycles and operations
Ideally, understanding of the global Building Technologies space and complex indirect and direct go-to-market approaches
Experience implementing/maintaining data governance models
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to lead and drive complex projects between IT and Sales/Marketing
Ability to work in cross-functional teams across a geographically dispersed organization
