As the Demand Generation Marketing you will be responsible for driving lead and opportunity generation and assist in converting sales opportunities into closed business.


  • Plan, execute and optimize new customer acquisition campaigns and programs across a variety of channels including email, content syndication, events and more.
  • Set overall goals and budget, and track campaign and portfolio performance.
  • Own programs from initial conceptualization, execution of the creative process, program execution, and success measurement.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales Operations to drive functional alignment and measure marketing pipeline.
  • Liaise with product and customer success to stay updated on new product and feature needs at different stages of the buyers journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and map initiatives to a campaign calendar.
  • Own and drive the calendar of integrated programs and communicate program timing with sales to ensure timely follow-up of incoming leads.


  • 5+ years of highly analytical experience in B2B marketing targeting SMB and mid-market companies.
  • A high-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates outstanding leadership skills, business ownership, and personal accountability.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Engagio (or other marketing automation systems).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to write compelling copy.
  • Experience in the real estate or banking industry (a plus but not required).

Position Overview Business Strategy & Marketing (BSM) Finance is looking for a trusted finance business partner to support the Global Demand Generation (DG) team, the Market Operations (MO) team and the Autodesk University (AU) team at Autodesk. The right person for this role will demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and capacity to work at multiple levels, including high level strategy and day-to-day financial details. There are tight deadlines and a need for accuracy, sensitivity, and flexibility. Effective communication, thorough self-review of your work product, proactive inquiry and the ability to collaborate well with a team are attributes that are required to be successful in this role. This candidate must effectively partner with business leaders, yet still adhere to his/her fiduciary duties as a member of the finance organization. Responsibilities * Serve as a Finance lead for the DG, MO and AU Teams * Partner directly with the DG Vice President and the MO Vice President, as a member of their line management staff * Own end-to-end financial planning and spend forecast cycles for the DG, MO and AU teams * Participate in frequent meetings with internal stakeholders to resolve their needs to support decision making * Participate in the development and implementation of the Strategic Intent (SI)and Realization (SI) process for DG and MO teams, and help model performance impact of new initiatives * Identify and/or anticipate areas of opportunity (or risk) in the business and proactively alerts management when these risk or opportunities arise * Work closely with Spend Analyst to track headcount including to-be-hired activity and provide ad-hoc analysis * Provide ad hoc analysis to enable insightful color of business performances and support decision making * Lead or participate in cross-functional, intra-divisional, and/or global finance projects * Recommend and implement process improvements to achieve better results * Follow standards and ensure compliance with policies as defined by Corporate * Help to enforce controls to fulfill fiduciary responsibilities, including required approvals * Build strong partnerships/relationships with various cross-functional and global teams Minimum Qualifications * BS in Finance or accounting. MBA/CPA preferred * Cloud of software company experience strongly preferred * Minimum of 5 years finance/accounting experience * Strong interpersonal skills * Team player and leadership potential * Articulate and concise with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to quickly adapt and work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment * Ambitious and ability to learn quickly * Interest in the marketing/strategy functions: what these organizations do, what financial issues they face, and a desire to provide outstanding finance business partnering support to these groups About Autodesk With Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
