Your role as the Demand Generation Digital Ad Manager includes the strategy, setup, execution, and ongoing optimization of the paid media efforts for Kuno and clients of Kuno. Your goal is to help our clients build brand awareness, get found online, and capture and nurture leads to grow revenue.

You will work across a variety of ad platforms such as Google and social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to accomplish these goals. Additionally, youll also be responsible for developing and managing new ad platform opportunities, such as Amazon Ads, Google Shopping Ads, DemandBase, Terminus and more.

You will work directly with account consultants and be client facing, responsible for presenting, strategizing, and communicating effectively with clients. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must.


  • Coordinate strategy and execution of paid media campaigns for key accounts
  • Perform keyword research and create ad copy for paid campaigns
  • Lead strategy and performance review discussions with clients
  • Schedule and manage meeting agendas
  • Create regular analytical reports with Google Data Studio, HubSpot Reports and additional reporting software.
  • Enter tasks and manage deadlines in the project management system (Basecamp)
  • Create project schedules in Excel/Google sheets
  • Make minor website updates in the HubSpot content management system (such as creating landing pages)
  • Add proper tags and snippets using Google Tag Manager
  • Assist with identifying challenges and solutions, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and collect client feedback
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Service multiple clients concurrently while meeting deadlines

Education & Training

Kuno uses the HubSpot sales and marketing software for most clients. Experience with HubSpot is helpful but not required. You will be given access to the HubSpot Academy online courses for ongoing training and education. During the first 6 months of employment you will be asked to complete 18 video courses which provide certifications for a variety of topics that will help you have the most success in this position. Most courses are composed of a few hours of watching videos followed by a short exam of around 50 multiple choice questions. The certifications need to be renewed annually.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experienced with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
  • Fluent and certified in Google Ads (Search, Display, Mobile, Shopping)

  • This is a remote position and requires the ability to work from home using online meeting software such as Zoom, GoToMeeting or WebEx.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as Wordpress or HubSpot is a plus but not required

Travel to the Kuno Office in Avon may be required from time to time (approximately 1-3 times per year) once the office reopens; however, travel will be paid for. This posting is intradepartment only Responsibilities: * Assists with hiring, orienting, evaluating and supervising performance of the care management and social work staff. * Arranges schedules, evaluate caseloads and makes daily assignments. * Evaluates and addresses educational needs of staff, conducts performance improvement management and issues corrective action as needed and ensures consistent applications of policies and compliance. * Provides input into the department budget, policies and procedures. Assists in the development of department practices and procedures for utilization review and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with managed care contracts and Medicare regulations. * Analyzes productivity and other outcome measures to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Manages information systems to maximize the efficiency of discharge planning. * Develops and monitors routine data quality validation. * Acts as liaison with other review-related and discharge planning related functions and communicates with departments as necessary to ensure coordination of related processes and functions. * Establish relationships with post acute care providers. * Serves as a clinical subject matter expert for teams lead by other disciplines. * Other duties as assigned. Education: * Candidate must meet either the Nursing or Social Work education requirements. * Registered Nurse: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor's in related field required. Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred. * Social Work: Master's degree in Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
