Renesas Electronics America is seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Coordinator to manage Renesas Demand campaigns around the world. The Renesas Campaign Coordinator will manage campaigns from ideation to development, launch, measurement and optimization. The overarching goal of the Demand Coordinator will be to drive quality leads into the Renesas Demand funnel that result in sales opportunities and revenue. This will be done by optimizing people, processes, content, technology and analytics as you make the Renesas Demand funnel more effective and efficient.
You will combine your knowledge of the web and digital marketing with your business acumen to bring greater brand awareness, increase lead generation, and improve customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated multi-tasker with the ability to manage demand teams around the world.
Manage the Forecast to Actuals demand process
Manage the day to day execution of campaigns
Manage the global campaign schedule
Manage global demand teams in Americas, Europe and Asia
Align demand activity with other Renesas promotional teams
Work closely with Renesas Marketing and Sales to develop high converting campaigns
Define, develop, and execute nurture campaigns, including prototyping, testing, and developing HTML emails and landing pages
Write and produce content for emails, landing pages, and company website demand campaign promotions
Architect and configure Eloqua campaign canvas, feeders, and segmentations
Develop and execute testing strategies to optimize emails for deliverability, open rates, click through, conversion and mobile devices
Provide comprehensive analysis of performance, key metrics and trends, while continuously optimizing performance
Support product launches by identifying compelling assets that will drive leads at each stage of the buying cycle
Project manage regional Eloqua campaign requests from intake to activation
Advise internal customers (field/global marketing) on nurture strategies, email best practices and landing page optimization
Manage compliance and legal requirements for campaigns
Minimum of 5-8 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably at a high-tech company
BS or BA required. MBA a plus
Ability to think strategically while also being able to flawlessly execute tactically
Ability to work well under pressure, with competing priorities and attention to detail
Ability to manage diverse cultures and teams around the globe
Exceptional writing and grammar skills; ability to write clearly and concisely with minimal editing
Ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
Highly self-motivated, productive and results-oriented, with a keen desire to make a difference
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to travel internationally (travel not to exceed 25% a month)
Ability to speak Japanese or Chinese a plus
Experience with Eloqua or Marketo
