We currently have an opening for a BSA (Business Systems Analyst) manager with hands-on experience working as a digital marketing technologist.

Work you'll do:

As a technologist, you will work closely with Technical Delivery Managers (TDM's), Architects and IT Leaders to drive and work through delivery for our Global Brand and Marketing stakeholders. You will lead requirements sessions and provide implementation/coordination support while working with stakeholders and the delivery team to plan, design, deploy and support on an ongoing basis.

  • Ensure brand and marketing strategies complement the organization's overall goals, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure we are selecting the best-of-breed solutions

  • Understands business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Elicits and documents functional requirements and test strategies for technical solutions to meet business needs.

  • Possesses advanced level understanding of business analysis professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies and leading practices.

  • Directs and monitors business analysis activities to ensure the traceability and optimum coverage of business requirements with change request backlog.

  • Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.

  • Manages the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions; Provides senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status.

  • Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.

  • Guide and provide oversite to junior members of the team.

Working with the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) and senior program leadership, the team lead will be responsible for heading activities on projects to deliver technology platform which meet's the business' needs. This includes leading requirements gathering, preparing materials for meetings and working sessions, liaising with other project team members and being responsive to client's needs, all with an eye on details in a fast-paced environment.

Required experience:

  • Minimum 5-7+ years of related Business Analysis experience

  • Minimum 1-2+ years in Lead BA type function

  • Strong capabilities facilitating strategic discussions with IT and Business Stakeholders

  • Leverage analytics to inform strategy and tactical execution

  • Instilling governance with marketing data modeling and architecture

  • Excellent presentation skills and executive presence

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and concepts

  • Experience in techniques utilized for elicitation

  • Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment

  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills

  • Travel 10% or less


  • Bachelor's degree with a technology focused major (or equivalent years of experience)

Preferred experience:

  • BSA certification (CBAP or CCBA) preferred but no required

  • Experience collaborating with marketing or agencies

  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working with Agile development processes

  • Scrum master certification is a plus

VIEW JOBS 2/5/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-05T00:00 The BSA EDD Analyst works with the Director of BSA & AML Compliance to ensure the Bank's compliance with the applicable aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and Customer Identification Program regulations (collectively the BSA Program) by conducting enhanced due diligence ("EDD") specifically on the Bank's highest risk customers such as Third Party Payment Processors, Non-Deposit Financial Institutions, Futures and Securities Groups, ATM Owners and Operators, and Check Cashiers. Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist in implementation of Abrigo's BAM+ Due Diligence Module; * Perform reconciliation of customers currently on high risk list to high risk list once Due Diligence Module is implemented; * Perform High Risk Customer Reviews completed throughout the year; * Identify high risk accounts from information received from other sources (Branches, Loans, Operational Staff, etc.) and establish enhanced due diligence and monitoring efforts; * Escalate customers with suspicious activity identified during EDD to BSA team members for investigation as appropriate; * Work closely with specialty banking group to perform initial analysis of prospective customers prior to onboarding to assure all BSA/AML risks have been addressed or mitigated; * Foster relationship with branches and act as a liaison between the BSA Department and assigned branch division, as applicable; * Assist with testing related to implementation of new systems, monitoring rules, or rule modifications, as requested; * Assist with gathering information to prepare for internal or external audits and exams, as requested; * Provide feedback for and assist with training for other BSA team members or other areas of the Bank as it relates to BSA responsibilities; * Maintain a solid working knowledge (functional and operational) of the rules and regulations, including but not limited to, BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC as well as the Bank's policies and procedures. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; * Minimum 5 years banking experience with knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulatory requirements and/or other program related compliance functions; * Prior EDD experience as well as specialized work in high risk customer industry. TPPP, Check Cashers, and NDFI experience required.; * General compliance or operational work related to BSA elements to be considered; * Documented experience in oral and written communications including making presentations and preparing reports, or ability to demonstrate the same; * Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation is highly desired, and if not already attained, will be a requirement within a reasonable period of time from starting date depending on examination availability/scheduling. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge: * BSA Program related compliance principles, theories, and practices; * Applying industry programs, polices, procedures, regulations and laws (i.e. FFIEC); * Specific BSA/AML requirements for TPPPs, NDFIs and Check Cashers * Management information systems terminology, concepts, and practices; Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Skills/Abilities: * Collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and drawing logical conclusions; * Ability to effectively communicate the applicability of BSA Program related compliance issues to front line personnel for execution in the day-to-day working environment; * Effective verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills, and skills in presenting findings and recommendations; * Skill in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines; * Ability to research issues and suggest uses of the information to resolve problems; * Ability to work with confidential information; * Ability to communicate with colleagues and the Director of BSA & AML Compliance regarding issues and findings.
