Can You Deliver?

Select Express & Logistics is looking for van and box truck owners to perform delivery services. The primary work opportunities available in your area involve the deliveries inside New York City and surrounding Boroughs. We are looking for cargo vans, sprinters, and all size box trucks. Work is offered daily.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 1099 Independent contractor position.

Requirements:

Must own or lease a cargo van, sprinter, box truck or other vehicle to fix large products.
Comply with vehicle registrations, DOT/med card (if vehicle over 10,001 lbs),as well as any state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work
Vehicle liability insurance-CSL insurance varies based on vehicle type
Helpers are needed for most work
You must be fluent in English both in writing and speaking

Compensation:

Settlements are processed weekly.
This is a 1099 position and hourly rates do not apply

VIEW JOBS Provides support as a member of the Grocery team to include receiving and preparing product, maintaining the grocery floor and displays, and selling product in support of WFM standards. Performs all functions related to breaking down deliveries and stocking shelves. All Whole Foods Market Retail jobs require ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times. All positions must be performed in accordance with team and store Standard Operating Procedures. Further, Team Members must be prepared and able to perform the duties inherent in other Team Member job descriptions. All positions must strive to support WFM core values and goals, promote national, regional, and store programs and initiatives, and ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations including Food Safety and regulatory duties required in the department.
