Delivery Technician - Home Infusion - 40 Hrs/Week - Days

GENERAL SUMMARY

Under general supervision:

• Responsible for the delivery of medication, infusion medications, and/or equipment and supplies in assigned department of Community Care Services: Home Infusion, eHome Health Care, or Pharmacy Advantage.

• May require equipment installation or set up.

• Maintains positive relations with clients and patients and assists with satisfaction surveys as needed.

EDUCATION:

• Requires high school diploma or GED.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires valid State of Michigan Drivers' License, and a satisfactory driving record.

• Requires the ability to read maps or follow GPS and locate client homes in the Metropolitan Detroit area.

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients.

• Ability to move, lift or carry packages, equipment and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds.

• Company vehicle provided in Home Infusion and Pharmacy Advantage.

• If working in eHome Care, requires own dependable transportation.

This is a G15 grade level position.
