A Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the efficient delivery of company products while meeting company objectives and goals. This person is responsible for the skills development of assigned Drivers through leading and proper training techniques. This position is also responsible for tracking vacation schedules and assigning Route Specialists as needed to cover open routes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead, develop and mentor a Driver group to achieve a high performance team oriented environment.

  • Ensure superior customer service & foster a customer service environment.

  • Improve and monitor delivery indicators.

  • Foster an atmosphere where safety is a priority with an emphasis on protecting company assets.

  • Utilize available tools (Route Tools, Margin Minder, etc.) to evaluate and identify routing efficiency opportunities.

  • Consistent follow up through route rides to ensure that company quality standards are met.

  • Maintain high quality standards.


  • 3 years sales experience is strongly preferred.

  • 3 years management experience is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in training, managing & leading a delivery staff is strongly preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of and ability to apply, coach and train others on CCBCC principles, policies and procedures.

  • Ability to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business (including working 5:30am until completion & working some weekends and holidays, as needed).

  • Strong computer skills & knowledge of MS Office.

  • Must have excellent communication, prioritizing, decision making and organizational skills.

  • Excellent driving record required.

  • Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.

  • High School diploma or equivalency required; 4 year college degree is preferred.

  • Strong Leadership experience required.

Candidate must be able to obtain; a valid medical examiners certificate (medical card) with Interstate non-excepted classification and a Class A license for the State hired. Interstate non-excepted does not allow for State approved medical waivers.

This individual works to ensure that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. This individual possesses expertise in the theory and application of sterile and aseptic technique and combines the knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and implementation tools and technologies to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive therapeutic procedures. The OB Tech performs secretarial functions within the labor and delivery setting to include maintenance of patient records and the ordering of supplies. The OB Tech, under the supervision of the professional registered nurse, assists in the provision of patient care activities, data collection, daily hygiene, nutritional services, mobility, transport of patients between units, and reporting observations. Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED Certified Surgical Tech Completion of Surgical Tech or OR Technician course at an accredited institution or military training CPR certification Preferred Qualifications: Completion of Medical Terminology Course Previous experience as a Surgical Tech and/or L&D [OB] Tech Must be able to meet requirements as it relates in South Carolina Law in regards to Surgical Technicians and Surgical Assistants.
