The Delivery Station Liaison provides localized in-station customer service to enable real-time, hands-on investigation of where a package is and how Amazon can get it to a customer as quickly as possible. Additionally, it provides customer access to local experts who can provide them the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages and how Amazon is resolving potential delivery issues affecting them.

Customer Service Amazonians have the following skills: This role will communicate with customers directly via phone and email. Fluent Verbal and Written English is required.

  • Ability to make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively

  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency

Computer Skills:

  • Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs and window navigation and instant messenger tools

  • Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook

Job Description: Clinical Liaisons support short term acute care hospitals in their local communities. Our liaison team consists of Nurses and Respiratory Therapists who collaborate with STACH personnel to identify patients who can benefit from long term acute care services. Armed with a strong clinical background, payer knowledge and communication skills, liaisons work with physicians, discharge planners, and patient families to plan the best continuum of care for critically ill patients who require a longer term of stay in an acute setting. This is a salaried position that works Monday- Friday with some on-call responsibility. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: * Use your strong clinical knowledge, communications skills, and problem solving abilities to build productive relationships with physicians and discharge planners at hospitals. * Be results focused in order to meet census goals. * Meet with referring hospitals every day to help identify and transition patients who will benefit from LTACH services. * Perform pre-admission assessments on referred patients. * Educate patients, families, hospitals and healthcare professionals on the benefits of LTACH care. * Monitor marketing activity through call logs (activity logs) and profiling of customers is a necessary skill. Qualifications Qualified candidates must be passionate about providing a superior quality of care. You must also be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
