Current Need:

Our Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated warehouse associate to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of being a fun, yet high paced and professional work environment. We currently have the following shift available to add to our team:

Position Description:

The Material Handler job will involve:

  • Responsible for pulling and packaging medical and surgical supplies and equipment order for shipment.

  • May use (but not limited to) power equipment such as a forklift, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment while maintaining the highest level of productivity and accuracy.

  • Working with RF Scanning equipment to maintain records of merchandise shipped, examine, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.

  • This position requires standing and repetitive movement throughout the entire shift in a fast-paced team oriented work setting.

  • Shift requires extensive walking and mandatory overtime as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Entry level experience

Critical Skills:

  • Work experience in a face-paced, distribution or warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred; picking/packing, sorting, loading/unloading, scanning, or various other warehouse functions

  • The ability to work the hours listed above, in addition to overtime.

  • Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory and typically occurs M-W due to our real-time commitments to our customers

  • Strong reading, addition and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation

  • Passion around working for a leading healthcare distribution company focused on distributing medical and surgical supplies and equipment to more than 50% of Americas hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities


HS Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

  • Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, stoop for long periods of time

  • Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)

  • Working with RF scanning equipment

POSITION FUNCTIONS: * Represent EnLink as a professional truck driver who cultivates and maintains positive, productive relationships with other employees and company customers * Drive truck safety into position to load/unload crude, water, condensate, and/or brine * Connect hoses to tank, open valves and/or start pumps for product loading * Perform proper grounding and choking procedures before loading and departing rail, truck, barge, or pipeline terminal Responsible for reading gauges/meters, recording quantity loaded and thieving tanks * Drives truck to customer premises which are at times in remote locations * Understand and follow all DOT regulations and company policies pertaining to hours of service record keeping (logs); Perform truck safety inspections according to DOT regulations and company policies * Follows instructions of Dispatchers and Customer Service personnel * Prepare and submit all required operational forms, records, and volume reports * Maintain assigned vehicle and tools in clean and orderly manner at all times WORKING CONDITIONS: * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. * The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee frequently climbs on steps to enter and exit trucks. * The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. Due to constant exposure to the elements, drivers must have the ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: * High School diploma or GED required * 2+ years commercial hauling experience required * Valid Class A Driver's License required * Tanker and HAZMAT endorsement indicated on license required * Live within 1 hour of the operation * Pass a background check, driving record review, and physical assessment * Must be committed to the delivery of a high level of customer service * Good driving record with no more than one speeding violation in previous three years * Pass pre-employment drug screening and subject to random DOT drug screening. * Driver should be comfortable driving in various environments and terrain * Willingness to work days or nights as the work load dictates Enlink Midstream Partners Big Bend WI
