NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Delivery Manager II to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

NTT DATA Federal Government is looking for a Delivery Manager to be responsible for leading NDFG staff by providing technical, engineering, financial, logistics and acquisition support services to the customer. Providing direct support for operational technical reporting, acquisition planning, program requirement development and preparation of program briefs.

Preparing financial reviews for customer business finance managers. Coordinating multiple flag level and leadership reports to the ASN and USW Communities. Update and forward Program Office priorities list.

Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) management. Hiring and onboarding new hire contractors

Required Education:

Bachelors degree preferred but not required, or equivalent work experience


Required Experience &

Skills:

Typically requires at least 10+ year's relevant experience without Degree;
4+ year's relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree;
3+ year's relevant experience with Graduate Degree;
3 years managerial experience

Desired Skills:

10+ years of Program Management/Acquisition or combined experience
2+ years' experience working with government
2+ years' experience of major program support

ACTIVE Secret clearance (ability to obtain)

This position ensures that all Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) and legacy projects are produced efficiently, utilizing the appropriate resources and maintaining high levels of quality while meeting all established service level agreements. The individual in this role will work with Learning Science, Product, and Technology to evolve Kaplan Professional's Content Strategy. Key Responsibilities * Schedule, coordinate and oversee the work of the DITA Team. * Meet regularly with direct reports (supervisors, leads, and individual contributors) to review status, set priorities, identify and remediate roadblocks, provide performance feedback, and plan and monitor career development. * Engage regularly with stakeholders to understand their needs, collect feedback, align around new approaches and initiatives, and, when necessary, help correct course. * Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve processes, develop employees, and continually increase department maturity. * Identify resources (technical, capital, capacity) needs in order to sustain the dynamic requirements of the fast-paced world. * Up to 10% travel required. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor degree with a focus in English, communications, or a related field * 5+ Years' experience as a proven leader who has a demonstrated track record of managing a documentation/content team and on-time delivery of projects. Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. * Ability to understand complex applications and system concepts. * Experience with HTML, XML, DITA, content management systems (CMS), and PowerPoint * Experience with Economic Value Analysis, Customer Value Mapping, Data Mining, and Analysis * Exceptional interpersonal skills along with an intense customer focus. * Collaborative, with the ability to work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
