    Description We are looking for a true business partner for our IT Project and Program Managers. In the Program Management team you are responsible for the following activities:
    Planning
    Project plan structuring, scheduling and leveling in MS Project
    Resource allocation, tracking and forecasting in bank-based CA Clarity PPM
    Dependency and milestones tracking in MS Project and bank-based CA Clarity PPM Financial Management
    Assistance in a program business case development and benefits tracking
    Accurate and timely record keeping and follow up for capital and fixed price contract tracking
    Maintain accurate and complete project financials forecasts and project accounting Quality Assurance
    Ensure compliance with the banks PM and Risk Management Methodology (CS SDF)
    Clear, concise and accurate risk and issue monitoring and management in bank-based CA Clarity PPM, etc.
    Ensure adherence to the banks internal processes and governance policies Reporting & Communication
    Timely, well-articulated project progress and status reporting in bank-based CA Clarity PPM and elsewhere
    Manage project communication activities (e.g. SharePoint site, intranet page, generic mailbox, etc.)
    Support program and project governance meetings collate materials, take minutes, etc.
    Qualifications Essential:
  • At least 5years experience in project management / program management office function

  • Hands on use of CA Clarity PPM for reporting, resource management and forecasting

  • Thorough knowledge of the project lifecycle and PM tools such as MS Project

  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, (Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) o Advanced functions:

  • Pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, etc.

  • Project financial management experience (accruals, invoicing, staff costs)

  • General understanding of IT functions

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Excellent communication/presentation (oral and written) and report writing skills

  • High degree of flexibility with a can do attitude

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Solution oriented

  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills

  • Able to manage conflict

  • Experience of dealing with senior management

  • Proactive, driven and energetic
    Desirable:

  • Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2 or similar

  • PM / PMO experience in IT Infrastructure projects

  • Financial and Banking industry know-how

  • Financial & Project Accounting Management processes including budgeting

  • Knowledge of Program and Portfolio Management processes

  • People management and leadership experience

  • Bachelors degree (highly desired)

You will be supporting us with identifying and testing advanced cyber security threats targeting the organization. You will manage and coordinate Penetration and Red Teaming activities. You will ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements and provide the Service Manager with an overview of ABB's risk exposure from internal and external threats. You will interact with other security departments with regards to assessing the risk deriving from the findings along with potential mitigations.You will be part of Security Resilience Testing Service in Information Security (IS) Risk and Security Group and report functionally to Security Resilience Service Owner. 2019-11-22 Line Management / Project lead Tasks: Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Lead a small team of ethical hackers/penetration testers and manage and engage external vendors to achieve. * Lead scoping and prioritizing testing engagement, and mentor the internal team. * Perform network penetration, web and mobile application testing, source code reviews, threat analysis, wireless network assessments, and social-engineering assessments. * Recognize and safely utilize attacker tools, tactics, and procedures. * Develop scripts, tools, or methodologies to enhance read teaming processes. * Validate all findings in scope from Red Team scans. * Develop comprehensive and accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences using the InfoSec reporting tools. * Effectively communicate findings and strategy to client stakeholders. * Participate in discussions with asset owners or designated technical contacts to analyze and explain results of assessments and tests as well as determine remediation steps/time needed. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Security including at least 2 years of experience performing network penetration testing, cyber Red Teaming operations, or application security assessments. Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in InfoSec project management or InfoSec Management. * Strong reporting skills in being able to convey technical ideas to a business audience, and vice-versa. * Experience with developing, extending, or modifying exploits, shell code, or exploit tools preferred. * Excellent English language skills (spoken and written). * Industry certifications preferred (e.g. GPEN, GWAPT, OSCP, OSWE, EWPTX, etc.). * Ability to perform targeted penetration testing without the use of automated tools.
