Experience in either a developer or ScrumMaster/Agile Leadership role preferably practicing Scrum or Kanban methodology for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the various agile approaches (i.e. in Scrum, numerous burndown techniques, numerous retrospective formats, handling of bugs, etc)
JIRA experience more than just 'basic user'. Should be capable of producing meaningful and insightful reports leveraging JQL queries, triaging system issues, etc.
Use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Great communication skills both written and oral. Ability to communicate and pivot a message based upon changing audiences and technical abilities.

First or second level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, CSP, PSM I, PSM II)
