The Delivery Lead will manage service delivery for the Consumer Acquisition Services (CAS) solution within the OptumInsight New Product Development Business. CAS is Optum's suite of patient acquisition services and technologies for health systems, leveraging Advanced Marketing and Data Science. This key team member will join an entrepreneurial team working to deliver an outcomes-focused solution to market that combines technology, data, and marketing services to key early clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage service delivery plan and strategy for key clients

  • Work with the client to identify key areas of focus, establish a timeline and work plan, and oversee execution against that plan

  • Manage team to develop original, insightful, and applicable analyses that feed appropriate marketing and advertising campaigns

  • Work with internal commercial teams, relationship teams, strategy teams, product teams, agency partners and other stakeholders to coordinate and execute against priorities with the client

  • Develop, track and communicate outcomes

  • Communicate the impact and ROI to key client stakeholders

  • Work with the Relationship/Sales team to establish and track key outcomes from the relationship

  • Develop processes and deliverables to communicate the impact of the relationship on a quarterly basis

  • Oversee renewals for Optum-developed products

  • Ensure relationship health and high client Net Promoter Score (NPS)

  • Identify future client needs and propose compelling solutions

  • Manage the renewal process and ensure high renewal rates

  • Support product development, go-to-market, and product development

  • Contribute to build-out of key products and services

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

  • 7 years of relevant business development, research, and/or service delivery experience

  • Experience building relationships with clients

  • Experience and comfort managing commercial conversations

  • Ability to manage teams performing analytical delivery work

  • Unflagging attention to detail and commitment to managing deadlines

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to develop programs and initiatives from scratch, and work well with others at all levels within the organization

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Experience and/ or Marketing Industry Experience

  • Experience managing relationships with senior health system executives

  • Understanding of strategic and operational issues facing hospital and health system executives, and excitement about the opportunity to focus on research and its ability to transform and help shape the health care market

  • Experience successfully leading, managing, and influencing in a highly matrixed environment

  • Located in Washington, DC

Job Description The CSM owns the Customer Lifecycle for a set of Enterprise accounts, beginning with customer onboarding and implementation, and continuing through the adoption and renewal staging. A successful Enterprise CSM builds impeccable relationships, and shows skill at achieving trusted adviser and customer advocate status in the customers mind. The CSM works closely with the Sales Team to design and execute customer success plans to ensure our customer objectives are truly met, and business value is realized. Responsibilities: ● Drive forward the customer life cycle to ensure customer and Pluralsight's mutual success. Take full accountability for your accounts in all aspects: Anticipating customer needs and proactively addressing them throughout the customer life cycle, demonstrating lead time awareness, ensuring a frictionless renewal process, and ultimately positioning your accounts for growth. ● Successfully onboarding customers. Help them deploy, and derive total value from their membership by driving their full adoption and utilization of the service.
