The DES will support customers from the moment they arrive onsite. Our Specialists are on the front lines and responsible for warmly welcoming our new owners for delivery day, greeting them with a smile and offering hospitality. We've created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and we're looking for positive and reliable team members to help deliver an equally innovative delivery experience for our valued customers.


  • Welcome customers to Tesla and create a warm greeting upon check in

  • Answer first level delivery related questions

  • Executing customer documents on delivery day

  • Conduct direct deliveries from Delivery Centers to customer homes

  • Conduct vehicle orientations

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners on delivery day to ensure satisfaction and a great customer experience

  • Monitor inbound vehicle logistics and on-site vehicle inventory

  • Discuss the benefits of solar energy

  • Be proactive, professional, personal, and passionate

  • Work closely with other employees to ensure smooth transitions for customers toward a successful delivery appointment


  • Customer service experience required

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities

  • Evidence of a strong team mentality and reliability

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to grow into a mastery of all Tesla products and services, and the ability to keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives

  • Evidence of enthusiasm and passion about accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy

  • Ability to use technology (iOS, Windows, etc)

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record

  • Must have or obtain before start of employment appropriate sales license

  • Ability to stand for a period of 2+ hours at a time

Duties Summary Serves as a member of a multi-disciplinary team comprised of certified or licensed practitioners, social workers, and/or other public or private rehabilitative employees, groups or agencies collaborating on multi-disciplinary assessment, development and implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans aimed at helping users overcome their alcohol and/or substance use; independently conducts a variety of educational, treatment and therapeutic related classes; and participates in the development, evaluation, and modification of program policies and procedures, treatment approaches, and development and modification of substance abuse treatment education and related therapeutic classes and curriculum. LEVEL III represents the fully trained and experienced substance specialist responsible for independently providing substance abuse intervention treatment services to the full range and variety of users; and performs other related duties as assigned. LEVEL IV independently provides the most intensive and continuous professional substance abuse counseling, education and rehabilitative services for the most complex cases; and performs other related duties as assigned. This position is located at the Hawaii County Community Mental Health Center Branch in the West Hawaii Mental Health Clinic Section. The position serves as the subject matter expert and consultant to staff and Branch and/or Section on the area of mental illness/substance abuse (MI/SA) treatment & services, and independently provides substance abuse assessments and treatment to adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) who are also diagnosed with a co-occurring substance use disorder. The position also provides coordination, consultation, and support to the Branch and/or Section programs, related to the integration of treatment services to adults with SPMI who are also diagnosed with a co-occurring substance use disorder, and who may also have forensic/legal encumbrances and/or trauma-related issues.
