Job Overview:

Part of LPL's Planning and Advice Services group, the Investor Focused Solutions (IFS) team plays a central role in helping advisors reshape their practices by serving end-investors on their behalf using a virtual call center model. We are looking for a Senior Analyst to provide our Financial Advisors and Institutions with a great experience as they partner with IFS to optimize their practices and programs. The Senior Analyst will partner with Advisors, IFS, and various departments to transfer end-investors to Investor Focused Solutions. In this role, you will also be expected identify opportunities for process and experience improvement, as well as collaborate effectively with internal partners for problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Financial Advisors and Institutions to facilitate the transfer of end-investors from their practice to Investor Focused Solutions

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient transition experience by communicating with all stakeholders, resolving any issues, and providing timely updates

  • Monitor and track the progress and status of each transition case using various tools and systems

  • Introduce and/or improve upon organizational processes, procedures and communication practices for optimized efficiency and connectivity

  • Partner with product managers, developers, sales and distribution, and other stakeholders to drive outcomes that meet customer expectations and requirements

Requirements:

  • 3-7+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry preferably as a wholesaler, wealth consultant/practice management, advisor, or recruiter

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to various levels of staff and leadership

  • Demonstrated customer service success

  • Have a bias for action, execute on deliverables and meet key deadlines

  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to various situations

  • Team oriented and able to work effectively with cross-functional team

  • Solution oriented with strong ability to collaborate within and outside the firm

Preferences:

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Experience with SmartSheet, Salesforce, Jira

  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 (or both 63 and 65)

Pay Range:

$74,680-$112,020/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
