Responsibilities:

The Delivery Claims Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Home Delivery team to ensure that merchandise claims are submitted in accordance to contractual agreements.

  • Maintain relationships with 3PLs to meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Maximize relationships with internal and external partners to maintain operating cost

  • Record and report for all unpaid chargeback receivables, by 3PL provider.

  • Publish daily reports for charge backs, concessions, and delivery provider status/aging for merchandise claims per 3PL.

Essential Functions:

  • Weekly recaps of outstanding receivables sent to each 3PL provider.

  • Facilitate conversations daily with Home Delivery teams regarding concessions based on driver performance.

  • Mentor and answer questions regarding best practices for submitting claims.

  • Work concessions daily that come in from the Delivery Call Center. Communicate opportunities as needed to 3PL partners & Home Delivery team.

  • Collaborate with Home Delivery providers on process improvements.

  • Partner with leaders and Home Delivery teams to maintain and improve the chargeback program.

  • Continuous improvement through self-development.

  • Collaborate and maintain positive working relationship with internal and external partners.

  • Additional assignments as designated by Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School education

  • At least 1 year of MS Excel experience

Physical requirements and/or environment: Distribution Center/Cross Dock

Description: The purpose of this role is to strategically implement and support Analytics software and systems including integration with databases and data warehouses and championing the technologies and their utilization at ConocoPhillips. This position will be primary support for TAS (Teradata Analytics for SAP) replication as well as backup support for other BI and Integration tools supported by the AICOE including Informatica, Informatica B2B Data Exchange, Cleo Harmony, and SAP/PO. Responsibilities may include: * Teradata Analytics for SAP (TAS) Replication: * Operations – configuration, monitoring, security, troubleshooting, and issue resolution * System changes - installs, upgrades, patches * System refreshes – monthly test, yearly dev and prod * Work closely with other AICOE teams on planning, delivery, and issues regarding TAS replication * Champion the implementation of the new replication tool for the TAS 4.0 upgrade coming in 2019 * Performance and disk space monitoring of 35 UNIX servers running the EAI team's tools * Developing and maintaining UNIX shell scripts used to automate various administrative tasks * Support of FTP services on the EAI team's servers running both UNIX and Windows and providing general file transfer advice to internal customers and EAI interface developers * Ensuring all of the EAI team's servers comply with Company security standards * Managing documentation of EAI administrator duties * Partnering with EAI interface developers, UNIX, Production Control, Database Services, Web Services, Storage Management, Disaster Recovery and other IT teams as part of ongoing operations * Part of an on-call rotation providing support for critical production issues * Provides technical consulting and guidance to development teams for the design and development of highly complex or critical ETL architecture * Provide technical support and work with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating environment including throughput, repository sizing, capacity planning, and maintenance Basic/Required: * Legally authorized to work in the United States * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, MIS or other related technical discipline * 5 years' experience in software administration * 3 years' experience with the Linux operating system * 3 years' experience UNIX scripting (UNIX Shell or Perl) * 3 years' experience using SQL to query Oracle and MS SQL Server databases * Intermediate knowledge and experience in various file transfer protocols including SSH, SSL, FTP, SFTP and HTTP * Intermediate knowledge and experience of BI and Analytics platforms * Intermediate knowledge and experience of Integration platforms Preferred: * 5 years of experience with the UNIX operating system * 3 years of experience with Teradata/TAS administration and/or development * 3 years of experience with the Windows operating system * Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly recognize, isolate, and resolve technical problems * Prior experience installing, patching and supporting commercial off the shelf software * A basic understanding of application integration and prior experience with EAI and ETL tools * Experience with SQL on Oracle and MS SQL Server * Windows IIS and FTP management experience and NTFS file permissions knowledge * Experience with Active Directory and integrating Active Directory with applications using LDAP * Customer focused, business driven, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong networks with company resources around the globe * Strong verbal/written communication and team building skills * Understanding of NFS mounts * Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by courageously dealing with important problems, holding others accountable, and standing up for what is right * Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals * Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical To be considered for this position you must complete the entire application process, which includes answering all prescreening questions and providing your eSignature on or before the requisition closing date of January 25, 2019.
