Executive Coaching & Leadership Training: For those at the helm of decision-making, our services enhance abilities in coaching, strategic planning, and communication, ensuring leaders are well-equipped to guide their teams.
About the Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic Diversity Equity Inclusion Restorative Coordinator (DEIRC) to be a cornerstone of our transformative team. This role demands more than just expertise-it calls for passion, adaptability, and a commitment to making genuine, impactful change. At its core, the DEIRC is responsible for the meticulous customization and facilitation of training sessions across a spectrum of topics, such as racism, implicit bias, conflict resolution, and more. This individual will interact with diverse groups-including leadership teams, youth, and staff-across educational institutions, businesses, and local governments, tailoring each session to meet unique needs and challenges.
Beyond the immediate training responsibilities, the DEIRC plays a pivotal role in project management. Ensuring sessions are well-coordinated, resources are adequately allocated, and feedback is effectively integrated requires strong organizational and leadership skills. The role also encompasses regular travel, both within the San Francisco Bay Area and potentially beyond, to bring our mission and training to diverse audiences. It's about adapting to the rhythm of different environments, whether facilitating Zoom sessions or leading in-person trainings for groups of varying sizes.
Client relations form another significant aspect of this role, requiring the DEIRC to not only deliver exceptional training but also cultivate and nurture lasting, impactful relationships. Coupled with administrative, marketing, and supplementary tasks, this position offers a vibrant tapestry of responsibilities-all aimed at promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and restorative practices.
If you are eager to be at the forefront of meaningful change, to shape and guide discussions, to forge connections, and to drive initiatives, then the DEIRC role might just be your calling.
