What You’ll Do: Support top-tier litigation attorneys in complex cases from inception through trial. Manage case files across multiple jurisdictions, including Georgia State Courts and Federal Courts.

Utilize PeachCourt and other legal technology platforms to file, track, and manage litigation documents efficiently. Conduct in-depth legal research, document review, and case preparation to drive successful outcomes. Coordinate discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare trial exhibits with meticulous attention to detail.

Liaise with courts, clients, and expert witnesses to keep cases moving seamlessly. Maintain strict deadlines and anticipate attorneys’ needs in a proactive, solutions-driven manner. What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of litigation experience in a fast-paced legal setting.

Strong knowledge of Georgia State Court procedures and Federal Court filing systems. Exceptional ability to manage complex case files and deadlines with efficiency and accuracy. Tech-savvy mindset with experience using legal software and e-discovery platforms.
