Defense Litigation Paralegal-Onsite

JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is partnering with our government client, based in Philadelphia, PA to identify a qualified Defense Litigation Paralegal (Onsite) for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience. Fundamental tasks include : Proficiency and competency in managing caseloads from intake to disposition Preparation and organization of discovery and case files Trial preparation - compilation of exhibit lists, witness lists and trial binders Organization, maintenance and monitoring attorneys' hearing and trial calendars Meet with clients to discuss discovery Requirements to be considered for this role include : 3 years of defense litigation experience Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate Experience with government regulations Trial experience Drafting and filing pleadings in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Please send your resume including salary requirements for immediate consideration.
