Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation defense matters from inception through resolution. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Develop case strategies and provide timely updates to clients. Attend court appearances and advocate for clients in administrative hearings and trials.

You should know most of the following: Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations. Experience in trial and litigation processes.

Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong communication and client service abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
