The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, managing the entire litigation process, and working closely with insurance companies. This role involves regular courtroom appearances, depositions, mediation, and defense strategies.

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Defense Attorney, specifically within the realm of personal injury. 3. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar. 4.

Proven experience in personal injury litigation, insurance negotiations, and plaintiff depositions. 5. Demonstrated expertise in mediation and courtroom defense. 6.
