The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, managing the entire litigation process, and working closely with insurance companies. This role involves regular courtroom appearances, depositions, mediation, and defense strategies.

Collaborate with clients to develop effective defense strategies and negotiate settlements. 3. Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts to gather pertinent information. 4. Liaise with insurance companies on behalf of clients to negotiate settlements or proceed to trial. 5.

Regularly appear in court to advocate for clients, present evidence, and argue cases. 6. Manage all aspects of mediation processes, working to achieve the best possible outcome for clients. Qualifications: 1.

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Defense Attorney, specifically within the realm of personal injury. 3. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar. 4.

Proven experience in personal injury litigation, insurance negotiations, and plaintiff depositions. 5. Demonstrated expertise in mediation and courtroom defense. 6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members. 7.
