As the Dedicated Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving business growth by securing new partnerships and maintaining existing customer relationships in key markets (Atlanta, Appling, Dallas, and Nashville). You'll leverage your industry expertise to identify strategic opportunities, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored transportation solutions that meet customer needs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Lead contract negotiations, addressing customer concerns, and close new deals to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert insights into dedicated fleet services and transportation management. Collaborate with internal teams (Pricing, Operations, Marketing) to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts. Stay informed about industry trends and transportation logistics to provide customers with innovative solutions.
