Signature Retail Services is looking to add to our team! We're looking for a Dedicated Merchandising Representative in the New York City Area. Pay rates of $21-$24 dollars per hour.

What will you do?

• You will be a brand ambassador for any product assigned.

• Share product information with customers and store associates.

• Travel to various stores to set up demonstrations and trainings

• Be knowledgeable about the product.

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.

• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.

• Answer questions about the products.

• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.

• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.

• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to travel in the New York metro / Long Island area.

• Personable and friendly demeanor with clients and customers.

• Experience in sales or demonstrations.

• Ability to speak in front of various demographics by recognizing your audience and adjusting your approach accordingly.

• Must have access to own reliable vehicle

• Valid Driver's License and current personal auto insurance coverage

• Must meet all pre-employment and post-employment screening requirements such as a background check and motor vehicle record check

• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, carry materials/products, climb ladders

• Lifting requirements up to 60 lbs. repeatedly and regularly without any assistance throughout entire work shift
