Come work as a Dedicated Account Manager II at an established Trucking Company that offers excellent benefits, a casual work environment, hands on training, and the opportunity to advance your career Qualifications: Self-motivated with Strong leadership skills to effectively manage assigned dedicated accounts and drivers Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to various software tools Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented Familiarity with local transportation regulations and compliance requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Dispatching experience in a previous role Position Details: Monitors on time pickup and delivery of loads associated with assigned Dedicated Account Analyzes data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance overall efficiency Plans, schedules, and monitors equipment availability and customer loads to meet customer demands Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Full time M-F / 7:00am-5:00pm (Training M-F / 8:00am-5:00pm), In-office position located in Olathe, KS Pay starting at $60,000 annual base plus competitive incentive bonuses up to $22,000 Benefits:
