The Decentralized L&D Administrator position administers the GO 101 courses and all DLD field training. This position supports the DLD program by editing and modifying the training materials and manuals. This position also analyzes the GO class participants' pre- and post- class financial results and provides Operations and the DLD team with post class competition financial results. This position supports the DLD team with field training by arranging logistics, proofreading the training deck, and preparing the training video.

Descriptions

  • Analyzes the GO class participants' pre- and post- class financial results, and provides Operations and the DLD team with post class competition financial results. Provides Operations leadership with information on their associates' progression through the GO course and their performance.

  • Designs the DLD surveys to solicit feedback on GO 101 courses and field training. Administers the surveys, analyzes the data, and presents results to DLD leadership.

  • Edits and modifies training materials and manuals for the DLD leadership team. Prepares critical announcements for DLD leaders. Prepares the training video for field training.

  • Serves as administrator of Decentralized Learning & Development program, coordinating GO 101 classes at the Support Center and GO training agendas and logistics in the field. Coordinates training schedule and promotion of learning sessions.

  • Coordinates and collects input from Subject Matter Experts on potential changes to training courses or materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field.

  • Minimum three years of experience in business administration, Learning & Development and/or Operations, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment

  • Successful completion of annual store training.

Summary of Job Scope and Expectations: The Decentralized Learning Manager is responsible for developing and executing training for Operations management to achieve consistency and elevate the Panda national brand and company culture. The DLM works in collaboration with its Operations business partners to enhance business performance and facilitate career growth to achieve the Panda Vision. Descriptions * Plans and organizes training programs, seminars, and conferences that focus on courses that address the mindset, skillset, and toolset to elevate the performance of Operation associates. Structures and enhances leadership learning materials to be appropriate for different Operation management positions. * Assists ACOs and RDOs in assessing and elevating Operations associates through people visits. Elevates Operations associates through the mentorship program. * Ensures delivery of GO courses at the Support Center and in the field to provide the most effective training for Operations management. Plans and organizes GO 101 classes. * Attends Operations meetings (Area, Regional, Zone) to provide leadership training for Operations management. * Supports the career growth and development of Operations managers by participating in the regional People Planning process. Works with ACOs and RDOs to mentor and prepare subordinate managers for promotion. Provides advice, feedback, and support on people development. * Participates in and supports Operations and Support Center projects as assigned. * Works with L&D to expand upon and improve current training materials. Conducts surveys, interviews, conference calls, and focus groups to gain Operations input.
