The firm's debt financing attorneys represent both public and private companies as well as a broad range of institutional lenders in a variety of complex, structured financing transactions.

They also have a strong focus on middle market private equity deals. The firm is very big in the healthcare industry and operates in a full-service capacity for those kinds of clients. 1850 billable hour requirement. The firm is believes in sustainable workloads and retaining happy associates. 3 days per week in office.
