Your Role

  • Responsible for the payment performance of the Checking products including debit card, ATM network management, Zelle, Bill pay and other payment options supported by the checking product range.

  • Responsible for delivering payment strategies for the checking product range.

  • Lead the development of new checking payment types to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Lead enhancements to existing checking payment types.

  • Lead effective process and operational oversight of the management of the payment types.

  • Provide timely, accurate and complete management information that enables decisions to be made quickly and implemented at speed.

Essential Skills

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in leading financial services teams

Desirable Skills

  • Management experience in product development, acquisition and portfolio marketing management with a particular emphasis on checking and transactional product management experience

  • Knowledge in quantitative / financial P&L analysis required

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills, i.e. ability to handle varied responsibilities and drive success with limited resources in a matrixed organization

  • Detailed knowledge of Corporate Governance, including Regulated practices, compliance requirements and internal Risk Management.

  • Innovative, collaborative problem solver who can take an idea from conception through execution

  • A results-oriented person who brings closure to issues through assertiveness and persistence

  • Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to clearly convey thoughts and opinions in a variety of forums including presentations to senior management and interactions with colleagues
