Deans Secretary at Kenwood Trail Middle School
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Start/End Times: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm
216 days per year (including holidays)

Position Description/Qualifications:
1.The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Dean of Students in all aspects of operating the Deans' offices. Position holder ensures that the Deans' offices are running smoothly by establishing a flow of accurate and timely information/materials to all stakeholders.
2.High School Diploma or equivalent.
3.PC computer knowledge.
4.Ability to use Microsoft Office and be proficient with the following programs: excel; word; and power point.
5.Ability to multitask in a fast paced, noisy environment.

7.Salary and benefits in accord with the Agreement with the Lakeville Educational Assistants Federation (L.E.A.F.).
8.Position classified as LEAF B-2-2; starting salary $20.42 - $24.40 per hour (subject to change with the completion of the 2023-2025 LEAF contract)
