Position: Mid-Plains Community College is looking for an organized, high-energy, experienced, and enrollment driven individual to lead the enrollment management team, strategic enrollment plan, and drive enrollment growth for the MPCC area.

Responsibilities include: overseeing the recruiting, retention, and the student onboarding process, building relationships with area high schools and businesses, enrollment reporting, tracking, strategizing and researching enrollment trends and initiatives. Strong engagement with marketing and partnerships with other college teams is essential. This position will oversee Admissions/Recruiting, Career Services, Financial Aid, and Advising; experience/knowledge in each of these areas is crucial. Travel between all MPCC campuses is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree or 10+ years experience in related fields is required. Strong leadership skills, excellent people skills, also knowledge in marketing, planning, project management, customer service, budgeting, and general problem solving are beneficial. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
