New Teacher/Licensed Staff Orientation:

New teaching/new licensed staff orientation will be held on July 24 & 25, 2024

Experience:

District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year K-12 teaching experience up to 20 years.

Work Schedule:

210 contracted work days

Salary:

The minimum starting pay is $62,370*/year and the maximum salary is $ $100,172*/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).

• The salary range for this position includes a 15% differential from teacher pay scale. Pay is based on 2023-2024 pay scale and is subject to change.

Qualifications and Expectations:

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university

• Experience: Academic advising - both high school and college is preferred

• Scheduling of students is preferred

• Professional development training

• Leadership experiences

Additional Qualifications Preferred:

• Three years of experience preferred

• Student data reporting and analysis, Assessment Coordination,and RtI/MTSS implementation
