We are looking for an experienced Title Clerk/Contract Admin who is friendly, intelligent, and helpful. Dealership accounting experience is preferred. Responsibilities:

  • Review & Verify Documents for New & Used Retail Car Deals
  • DMV Functions

Qualifications:

  • Dealership accounting/title experience is preferred.

  • Hours: 30-40 per week depending on workload (flexibility required).

  • $13.00-$15.00/hour depending on qualifications.

  • Washington titling experience and knowledge of regulations.

  • Experience with purchases and wholesales.

  • Ability to follow up with Sales/Finance on outstanding DMV issues and more.

  • Computer experience and skills.

  • A critical thinker and effective time manager.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Hiring Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older

  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year external experience in customer facing sales OR 6 months Lowe's retail experience.
