CRB Auto powered by Mechanics Bank is looking for a Dealer Service Analyst for their growing team in Irving, TX.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership on reviewing applications from Independent and Franchise Auto Dealers to evaluate for loan approval by analyzing information and credit worthiness through evaluation of information contained in credit bureaus and applicant details on application. You will be able to exercise judgement, by documenting in the system, why the deal is considered an acceptable credit risk and within the guidelines for CRB Auto. You are expected to perform all duties in accordance with CRB Auto policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer both Corporate and local credit policy within guidelines

  • Manage portfolio originated to maintain efficiencies and profits meeting all company local goals with sufficient quality and quantity.

  • Provide optimum dealer service, through call back of approval and conditions, in a timely manner

  • Analyze trends through provided reports and recommend corrective action

  • Recommend, with sound credit facts to Regional Credit Manager, applications that may fall out of guidelines. Convey the agreed decisions to the dealer.

  • Insure the decision rendered is consummated at booking and secure appropriate approvals as needed

  • Meet all goals as set by management

  • Conduct field contacts with Dealer Development Managers visiting dealers as necessary to promote business growth. Overnight travel may be required.

  • Keep Management aware of any business issues and provide recommendations

  • Contact with Consumers to complete due diligence regarding application information and/or credit bureau information as necessary.

  • Other duties as requested

Requirements

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor degree from four year college or university: or one or two years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 4-6 years of related credit experience
